Commercial Building Inspections

AT Inspect LLC is trained and experienced with inspecting commercial buildings. From malls to restaurants, we can evaluate almost any commercial space, including the following:

AT Inspect LLC offers professional and comprehensive assessments that reduce investment risk. We also offer pre-listing inspections for those preparing to sell. Located near Athens GA, we service all of Georgia and South Carolina.

What the Inspections Include

Every commercial space in Georgia and South Carolina has different components that make it unique. Our certified commercial building inspectors are experienced at assessing a wide variety of systems, layouts, and distinctive features. We’ll evaluate the building from the roof to the foundation, inspecting its structure, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC equipment, windows and doors, insulation, major appliances, as well as thousands of other components. Then we’ll move outside and review the roof, parking lot, and other exterior items. Since we know that time is often limited, we’ll provide a professional building report within 24 Hours of the inspection.

We also offer specialty inspections that you can add to this assessment for an extra fee. Our mold, termite, and radon evaluations, along with our sewer scope inspections will give peace of mind that your property is safe and hazard-free.

Property Inspection Services

At AT Inspect LLC we offer the following commercial inspections in Georgia and South Carolina:

Pre-purchase Inspection: Buying a commercial property is a large financial commitment, so it’s important to be informed. A thorough property inspection will provide a detailed description of the property’s condition so you can make a wise purchasing decision.

Tenant Inspection: When renting a commercial property, many tenants sign a triple net lease. This lease transfers the responsibility for all building repairs from the owner to the tenant. A building inspection will alert you of any current damage or upcoming repairs — such as a new roof — so you can negotiate the lease terms.

Course of Construction Draw Inspections: Since banks often finance the construction of new commercial spaces, they want to limit liability by ensuring contractors build according to code. We’ll do an inspection before each draw, making sure that the draws are released punctually, and that construction progresses according to plan.

Pre-listing Building Inspection: If you’re preparing to sell a commercial property, we’ll do a pre-listing inspection and inform you of your property’s condition. This gives you the opportunity to repair any major issues that could later dissuade buyers from purchasing your property.

The Advantages of AT Inspect LLC

Don’t trust just anyone to do your commercial property inspection. The quality of an assessment is directly related to the training and experience of the inspector. However, they may overlook damage that could cost you thousands of dollars in the future.  Our inspectors are trained, certified, and experienced, and we are ready to provide you with the best service in the industry.

Unparalleled Reports

You’ll also benefit from our unbiased, thorough, and easy-to-read building reports. Our reports are professionally prepared, include digital color photos, and are delivered within one to three days of the on-site field work.
